sweetheart.my is a template-based website builder for personal gifts. You choose a template, customise it, optionally purchase access, and publish it at a sweetheart.my link.

We may update templates and the platform. Template versions are recorded so existing published pages keep rendering with a compatible configuration. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally break a live page.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. In zero-configuration demo mode, your drafts are tied to a browser cookie; clearing cookies may make them inaccessible.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You must have the consent of anyone whose photos or personal information you upload.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display it for the purpose of operating your page.

Do not upload illegal content, intimate images of someone without consent, hateful material, malware, or content that impersonates another person. Do not use pages for phishing, harassment, spam or commercial advertising.

We may remove content or suspend pages that violate these rules, and will tell you why unless legally prevented from doing so.

An individual template purchase grants permanent access to that template for personal use, including unlimited edits and publishing the pages you create with that template for personal gifts.

The Sweetheart Pass grants access to all existing templates and templates released during the membership period for 24 months from purchase. It is not lifetime access and does not renew automatically. When it ends, published pages stay online, and access to the studio for templates covered only by the pass may end.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change for future purchases. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.

Refunds are governed by our refund policy at /refunds. If something has gone wrong, contact hello@sweetheart.my before opening a payment dispute; almost everything can be fixed.

We aim to keep the service available, but it is provided on an as-is basis. Hosting providers, payment providers and networks can fail. Keep a copy of any text you would be sad to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place where the operator of sweetheart.my is established, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
